Are large volume discounts for the stainless steel modern hardware available?

Yes, WE LOVE volume interior door hardware orders. Please contact us for a quote. Typically a large volume order consist of 24 units or more.

Can I use the stainless steel entry door sets or stainless steel door handles for an exterior door?

Yes, all stainless steel entry door sets and door handles may be installed on an exterior door. For independent stainless steel levers, doorknobs and pulls, a separate stainless steel deadbolt would need to be installed for locking security. Please refer to our modern stainless steel deadbolts for more information.

How many stainless steel door levers or stainless steel door handles come with an order?

Stainless steel door levers, door knobs, entry door lever sets, and pocket door pulls are sold by the set. A set includes a stainless steel door handle for each side of the door. Modern sliding door pulls can be sold individually or as a set depending on your requirements.

Does it matter if my door is right or left handed when selecting my stainless steel door levers / door handles?

No, because the latch included on each of our stainless steel door levers are reversible and can be used with either right or left handed doors. This does NOT apply to entry door sets (stainless steel door handles on a plate). Please refer to Door Hardware 101 to determine the handing of your door when ordering an entry door set.

When will my order of stainless steel door hardware ship?

StainlessDoorHardware.com generally ships orders 1-2 business days the product is not in stock. Our stainless steel modern hardware is shipped either via FedEx Ground or drop shipped direction from premium door hardware suppliers. Most customers receive their orders within one to two weeks if stocked and up to 8 weeks for special ordered items.

What grade is your stainless steel interior door products?

Our stainless steel modern door handles are manufactured from a premium Grade 304 Chrome-Nickel-Steel combination. This first rate stainless steel material is highly resistant to corrosion and environmental influences and is suitable for doors in both interior and exterior applications. The surface finish makes it easy to care for and is recommended for all door locations in private homes, offices, and public buildings.

How do I maintain my new stainless steel door hardware?

With proper care, all stainless steel door hardware should provide our customers with years of beauty. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners. We recommend our Stainless Steel Cleaning Spray and 3M MicroFiber Cloth.

Can I return the stainless steel hardware or accessories?

Yes. We accept returns on most stainless steel hardware products unless they are special order. Returned merchandise purchased from StainlessDoorHardware.com will incur a restocking fee to process the return and shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If an item is defective, we will replace the item at our cost. Please do not return any product without obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Please contact us immediately regarding any stainless steel hardware items that you wish to return. All return shipments must have the RGA#. Any items returned without authorization will be refused.
